Charlotte Madden-Bain

As a first point of contact for Wiesner Property’s Property Management team, Charlotte is passionate about providing the most personalised calibre of service and care to clients. She brings to her dynamic role an exacting attention to detail and an inherent desire to help others.

It’s the human aspect of property management that really drives Charlotte, who feels immensely fortunate to be able to forge strong relationships with investors and tenants alike. She has a great appreciation for the East and its unique culture, with its balance of vibrant city life and beautiful natural surroundings, along with a great diversity of people and properties.   

With her keen interest in architecture and design, Charlotte loves seeing the potential in homes and the possibilities for improving their value. She’s delighted to be part of the Wiesner Property family, enjoying playing her role in a respected boutique firm that allows her to grow with them. Working within an intimate, friendly team gives her every opportunity to constantly learn everything she can about property management and other facets of the agency.

On a personal note, Charlotte has been singing in choirs since she was small. Trained vocally, she loves to perform and attend live performances – on weekends you’ll find her soaking in the Sydney jazz scene.
